Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga and Daoist Flow classes

A blend of flowing yoga, somatic movement and Qigong with a focus on fluid, easeful movement incorporating breath-work and elements of Qigong along the way.

Qigong

The ancient practice of Qigong has a focus on fluid movement, building awareness of the subtle energy of the body and mind and working with the breath. It helps builds strength, improve posture and calm the nervous system.

Practice with me

I love helping people discover the joy of fluid and easeful movement and the calming and empowering effect it has on our minds.

I teach Vinyasa flow yoga classes that often include elements of Qigong, somatic movement and breath-work. I also teach Qigong on its own as well as one-to-one classes that give students the opportunity to deepen their practice, explore specific areas of interest and provide opportunities to go deeper into topics and practices that may not.

I’m Hayley.

My approach to yoga is flowing and playful - I love to explore ways to encourage ease and comfort for body and mind.

I have practised yoga for decades and trained with Jean Hall and James Rafael in a Daoist Flow yoga - a combination of Yoga, somatic movement, Qigong, meditation and breath-work.
